• Coveral several topics that include confidence, mentality, overcoming adversity, failure, being the ultimate competitor and being the best version of ones self.
• Physical skills and ability is key, however, understanding and processing the above topics let’s the player unleash their best version of themselves. These are skills that lead to success on and off of the field.
