Catcher and Pitcher - July 9, 2021

Catchers
Catchers will learn or be introduced to:
- Proper stance
- How to frame
- How to block
- How to throw from catcher's stance (focus on footwork and 0 throwing mechanics)
- Fielding popups & bunts
Pitchers
Pitchers will learn or be introduced to:
- Footwork
- Body position and movement during a pitch
- Arm angle and movement
- Wrist movement at release
- Proper fastball grip (more advanced players may be taught additional pitches
Cost
$25/session or $45 if including an All Skills Session.
